This E-Book is for the person suffering from sciatica that is interfering with their daily life.
Whether it’s a dull ache or a sharp pain, it can be frustrating and downright limiting, making doing the things you want to do hard or even impossible.
You may feel as if your only option is to take painkillers or just stop doing all the things you enjoy in life (maybe that’s even what your doctor told you was your only option…)
I work with people with sciatica on a regular basis. What I can tell you is that painkillers are not good for your stomach or liver, and the long periods of rest you’ve been told about are not likely to help. Why? Because they don’t solve the MAIN PROBLEM. Painkillers and rest are “bandaids” that can temporarily relieve pain. What happens when you stop doing them? The pain returns…
Many people just accept their sciatica as a normal part of life. This does NOT have to be the case. This report will give you some concrete things to try to reduce your pain and get back to doing what you love. Know that I give these ideas to almost all of my paying clients and they all have helped somebody at some time.
I wrote this because I have just seen so many people with sciatica who could likely have used these tips to prevent having to go to a physical therapist or physician in the first place. Even if it doesn’t get you quite where you want to be, you will almost certainly be at least a little better before you end up in a PT’s office… you’ll have a head start.
And this is available to you…for free!
I can’t promise that what has worked for most of my clients will also work for you. However, reading this report has to better than spending another day frustrated by sciatica, taking painkillers, and resting.
Image how life would be in 3 months if you could get rid of your pain NOW? How about 6 months? A year? I bet you have dreams and goals that you want to accomplish. Let’s not let this pain stop you.
